That day has finally arrived and we are proud to help our friends at Wild Life release their second craft whisky. Batch 002 Wheat Whisky is made 100% from locally grown grains. The mash bill includes 61% Wheat, 26% Barley and 13% Rye. It was aged in White American Oak for a minimum of 3.5 years. It’s incredibly smooth, carrying nice spice and good barrel sweetness with a mix of apple, pear, shortbread and honey with a hint of chocolate. Enjoy!
