Wild Life Wheat Whisky

That day has finally arrived and we are proud to help our friends at Wild Life release their second craft whisky. Batch 003 Wheat Whisky is made 100% from locally grown grains. The mash bill includes 61% Wheat, 26% Barley and 13% Rye. It was aged in White American Oak for a minimum of 3.5 years. It’s incredibly smooth, carrying nice spice and good barrel sweetness with a mix of apple, pear, shortbread and honey with a hint of chocolate. Enjoy!
