Yet another day has finally arrived and we are proud to help our friends at Wild Life release their second craft whisky. Batch 001 Rye Whisky is made 100% from locally grown grains. The mash bill includes 88% Rye and 12% Barley. It was aged in White American Oak for a minimum of 3.5 years. It’s incredibly smooth, carrying notes of red berries, orange zest, baking spices, black pepper, caramel and honey with a hint of cinnamon and butterscotch. Enjoy!
