In 1999, Sara Perez wanted to create a project of her own alongside Mas Martinet, the Priorat property she inherited from her father. She ventured into Montsant in pursuit of ‘femininity in a bottle’ to establish Venus la Universal. This charmer is blending Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
