Venge Vineyards is located south of Calistoga, in Napa Valley. The Venge’s roots in the wine industry date back to the 1950s and is now owned by the talented winemaker, Kirk Venge. He was born in Napa Valley and like his father, Kirk graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a degree in Viticulture and Enology. He is also a highly sought after consulting winemaker, working with several premium Napa Valley based producers. This ‘Silencieux’ Cabernet Sauvignon is certainly a powerhouse, offering wonderful complexity wrapped in a velvet glove. You’ll taste a fusion of cassis, blackberry, dark raspberry and blueberry, with a hint of roasted coffee beans, mint, vanilla and creamy mocha. Drink between: 2026-2037
