As her last name suggests, Jaime Araujo is no stranger to the world of cult Napa Cabernet. Her father and stepmother are Bart and Daphne Araujo, who famously purchased some vineyards in 1990. After 23 years spent building one of the valley’s most iconic names, Jaime eventually branched out with some friends. The Muir-Hanna Vineyard is a special place for the team at Trois Noix, sourcing fruit from one of Napa’s premier vineyard sites. This Cabernet shows the perfect balance of elegance and strength.
