Trimbach Reserve Pinot Gris

The viticultural origins of the Trimbach family dates back to 1626, when Jean Trimbach was recognized as a citizen of the town of Riquewihr. From then on, the Trimbach’s have become famous for their rigorous work in the vineyards and their fabulous wines. This Pinot Gris is rich and creamy, fermented in a mix of temperature controlled stainless steel and concrete vats. You’ll taste a pleasant mix of apple, spicy melon and pear that balances perfectly with lots of refreshing acidity and a hint of honey dipped flowers.
