Fun fact: there are over 1,000 different types of cherries in existence. A Cordial Invitation focuses on the Montmorency Cherry, adding another layer of magic to a mixed fermentation ale. Utilizing their pale sour base beer as a canvas, Trial & Ale opted for a rather restrained number of cherries to highlight the deep, jammy pie filling texture and flavour of mouth-watering cherries.
