Tremblay 'Vielles Vignes' Chablis

Gerard Tremblay, along with his wife, is a 5th generation winemaker at their estate located within Chablis. ‘Vieilles Vignes’ is French for old vines, stemming from vineyards with ideal conditions for exhilarating Chardonnay. The vines were planted in 1951 and the wine is fermented and aged in tanks only to emphasize freshness. Classic green apple, grapefruit, creamy lemon and flinty stone.
