Tracy & Cie Menetou-Salon Sauvignon Blanc

Chateau de Tracy is one of the oldest family-owned wine estates in France, with archives dating back to 1396. Today, their daughter Juliette d’Assay manages the vineyards, surrounded by a young and passionate team. In 2018, they decided to create a new project called Tracy & Cie, to enlarge their vision and experience. The fruit for this wine is sourced from the village of Menetou-Salon, in the eastern Loire Valley. This wine expresses itself perfectly, with its crisp freshness and an excellent amount of creaminess. It carries a mix of gooseberry, white peach, grapefruit and thyme, with just a hint of grassiness.
