The Old Malt Cask Speyburn 15 Year Old

The Old Malt Cask is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased one cask from the Speyburn Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Distilled in 2007, this single malt spent 15 years aging and was finished in a PX Sherry Butt. It offers a rich and juicy burst of strawberry, pomegranate, prune, sweet chocolate and toasted almonds with a clean maltiness.
