The owners of Snake Lake left their jobs in the oil patch in 2017, to dedicate themselves to the amazing world of Craft Beer. Located in Sylvan Lake, they feel lucky to be a part of the town’s rich history. ‘Ouroboros’; often depicted as a snake eating its own tail, symbolizes the cyclical nature of life, death and rebirth. By aging a previous beer in red wine barrels, new life was brought back into this beer, creating a barrel aged Tripel on Brett.
