Sindicat La Figuera is the recovery of an illusion or dream, which is a project of 6 farmers from La Figuera, in the village of Montsant. This unique location lets the Garnatxa Negra (known as Grenache Rouge in France) vines shine with personality and is located at the highest point of the region. The vines also range from 30 to 80 years old, with traditional winemaking in concrete tanks. You’ll taste a wine that is light and fresh, offering lovely notes of pomegranate, raspberry jam and plum with a hint of thyme and leather.
