Signatory Teaninich 2009

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased four casks from the Teaninich Distillery and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Distilled in 2009, this single malt spent 13 years aging and was finished in first-fill Bolgheri (Italian red wine) barrels. The whisky was then bottled in January 2023 and part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It offers a rich and juicy burst of blackberry, pomegranate, raspberry, milk chocolate and oaky vanilla with a clean maltiness.
