Signatory Bunnahabhain (Staoisha) 2013

Signatory Vintage is an independent bottling company, playing an important role in the whisky business. In this case, they have purchased some casks from Staoisha (distilled at Bunnahabhain Distillery) and then carefully chosen when to bottle and release the whisky. Distilled in 2013, this single malt spent 11 years aging and matured in first-fill Oloroso Sherry barrels. The whisky was then bottled in January 2024 and part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It offers a savoury blast of plum, black cherry, boysenberry, white pepper and toffee with a rich and powerful core of peaty goodness and a hint of sweet-earth.
