Domaine Rolet, founded in 1942 by Desire Rolet, is one of the jewels of the Jura wine region. The Jura is France’s smallest and most unique wine region, tucked between Burgundy and Switzerland. In just two generations, the Rolet family, through tireless work, has risen to become one of the leading names in the Jura. This Cremant Brut, is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Poulsard and Savagnin. It’s fresh and lively, offering a mix of green apple, lemon curd and brisk melon, with a touch of almond and toast.
