For over 70 years, beginning in 1937, the Biale family has grown Zinfandel and is considered one of the top producers in Northern California. The ‘Black Chicken’ is the code name used when ordering a jug of Zinfandel during the Prohibition era. It’s a gorgeously polished and textured wine that packs a monster of a punch!
