Ricca Terra Vermentino

Ashley Ratcliff has a background in viticulture (farming) and has always been passionate about the wine industry. In 2003, Ashley and his wife, purchased their first vineyard in Barmera, South Australia. Their vision was to plant, nurture and make wine with the focal point on Mediterranean grape varieties. This white is made from 100% Vermentino and is one of their first alternative varieties they cultivated and harvested for wine production. It’s also almost relatively unknown in Australia, for a clean and refreshing delight. You’ll taste a mix of yellow apple, peach and apricot, with a hint of honey, honeysuckle and toasted almonds.
