Rey Campero Mezcal Joven
| Availability: | In stock (4) |
Rey Campero means ‘King of the Countryside’ and it was founded by the maestro mezcalero Romulo Sanchez Parada, in 1890. Spanning back 4 generations now, Romulo learned how to make mezcal from his father and this history of tradition is still alive today. This mezcal uses agave Espadin, that is fermented with wild yeasts and aged in glass before bottling. It’s light and very easy to sip, offering a mix of sweet agave, citrus and cinnamon with notes of caramel and smoke.
