Balthasar Ress founded this Weinhaus (Wine House) in 1870. He wanted to make wine to serve to his guests in a little hotel he owned, as well. The property is now run by the fourth and fifth generations of the Ress family. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks, this Pinot Noir conveys a more modern and clean style. It offers an explosion of red and purple fruits with a hint of leafy herbs and blueberry yogurt, with a delicate and savoury finish.
