Red Stone Cabernet Sauvignon Ice Wine

This Icewine is made from 100% Niagara Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. While most ice wines are white wines, there are some lovely reds that can be extremely difficult to find. This expression from Red Stone offers a blast of red fruit aromas balancing perfectly with the sweetness. It’s also surprisingly versatile, that can easily be paired with savoury and sweet dishes alike. Try it with blue cheese tarts, panna cotta, creme brulee, chocolate cheesecake or an assortment of cheeses.
