Poppy Pinot Noir

The Silva family worked for decades in the winemaking industry before setting up their own project in 2003. Pinot Noir was one of the varietals they planted in the small Arroyo Seco vineyards of Monterey County. The close proximity to the cold Pacific Ocean funnels off fresh cool air, which is the perfect environment for growing Pinot Noir. The end result is a wine packed with wild strawberries, rhubarb and black plum with a hint of mushroom. It’s an elegant wine packing a punch.
