Champagne Pol Cochet ‘Latitude’ Brut Nature

From 1875, Pol Cochet began to develop his own vineyards to produce Champagne. This is the beginning of a long family tradition to sublimate, in all circumstances, the character of carefully selected grapes, from some of the finest vineyards within Champagne. ‘Latitude 48.01’ is classified as a Brut Nature, which means bone-dry and pays homage to that point on a map on where to find the vineyards. It’s a broad-shouldered, graceful Champagne with superb depth, focus and verve, blending Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. You’ll taste a fresh mix of citrus, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin, white flowers and a hint of sage, with a crystalline purity on the finish.
