2016 Pol Cochet Blanc De Blancs Brut

This great champagne, 100% Chardonnay, is made only during the years of exceptional harvest.It is a brilliant wine, with golden reflections and fine bubbles with a slight cord. The nose, of a great complexity, opens on notes of brioche and butter, then declines to aromas of candied orange and honey. The palate is generous, revealing biscuit flavors, then becomes more spicy and honeyed. The end of mouth is refined and delicate. Winemaker's Notes
