Pierre Huet Pays D'Auge Cidre

This estate is located in Normandy, on the Cider Route, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. More than 25 varieties of apples are grown on the 30 hectares of orchards, composed of either standard trees or cordon trees. This naturally fermented cider is unpasteurized (freshly pressed apple juice) and uncarbonated. It’s round and generous, perfectly balanced with some sweetness and ripe fruit.
