Pierre Huet 8 Year Old Calvados

After more than a century of production, the Huet family has gained recognition worldwide, for the subtle and delicate art of Calvados. The estate is located in Normandy, on the Cider Route, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge. More than 25 varieties of apples are grown on the 30 hectares of orchards, composed of either standard trees or cordon trees. This Calvados is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years. You’ll taste a clear and fresh mix of green apple, burned apple and salted butter caramel, with a hint of pepper and mint.
