Sensitive and passionate, Anne Parent was self-taught through recognized professional training courses in the world of wine and viticulture. She took over the strategic management of her family’s estate in 1998, in coordination with her sister Catherine. This Premier Cru, from the village of Pommard, is an explosive and genuine expression of what to expect from this village, flirting with ‘Grand Cru’ quality. In its youth, this wine is purple black in colour and an absolute beast on the palate, with a good punch of tannins. You’ll taste a mix of blackberry, dark raspberry, black plum, kirsch and dark cherry, with a hint of savoury herbs, black licorice, cured meats and subtle oak. Drink between: 2026-2044
