Paddy Borthwick Chardonnay

Established in 1996, the Paddy Borthwick Estate is a family-owned winery situated in Gladstone, the heart of the Wairarapa. The Wairarapa wine region lies on the southern tip of the North Island. This Chardonnay is aged for 10 months in French oak (20% are new) and undergoes minimal malolactic fermentation. It offers notes of Asian pear, green apple and grapefruit with a hint of buttered toast.
