Nickel Brook has been one of the leading players in the Ontario Craft Beer movement. This beer called ‘Party Dad’, is certainly very crushable, sitting at only 3.5% abv. It’s classified as a Session IPA, which is a lighter and more sessionable version of a standard IPA. Fresh citrus and melon shine here, with a hint of grassy hops.
