The Guibert family behind Mas de Daumas Gassac, have launched a new line in the 90’s called ‘Moulin de Gassac’. The idea is to utilize the expertise and know-how of local producers and farmers to create a range of young, approachable wines. This is a beautiful and refined cast of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It packs a bit of a punch, offering notes of cherry jam, currants and raspberries.
