Massolino Barolo 'Parussi Cru'

Since 1896, the Massolino family has been making wine loyal to their philosophy of innovation and tradition. Today, this historical estate is helmed by Franco and Roberto Massolino, who work with a gifted winemaker, Giovanni Angeli. The Massolino wines have always been about the focus of meticulous attention in the vineyards, which has been an essential approach in both the cellar and the land. This ‘Parussi’ Cru Barolo is extremely elegant and powerful. The soil composition, exposure and age of the vines, have certainly helped the Nebbiolo grape shine in this remote location. It’s a wine with excellent concentration and tannins, showcasing a mix of dark cherry, black plum, dried prunes and Kirsch with a hint of rose petal, italian herbs, leather and creamy balsamic.
