Marolo Ulrich Amaro

Since 1977, Marolo has distilled the spirit of the land based in Alba. After a careful study and a detailed recovery of ancient recipes, Paolo Marolo gave the brand ‘Domenico Ulrich’ a new life. The Ulrich company was established back in 1854 by botanist Domenico Ulrich. He was one of the first in Italy to specialize in processing aromatic herbs, using only Piedmont and Italian-grown raw materials. Today, Paolo has certainly dedicated his time to perfect this age-old recipe, offering a new and more complex Amaro. It contains an active mix of 19 herbs, flowers, fruits and nuts, making it an effective and reinvigorating digestif.
