Markus Molitor Ockfener Bockstein Kabinett Riesling

Since 1984, Markus Molitor has pursued a clear vision, offering distinctive wines that precisely reflect the interplay of vintage, ripeness and the Mosel wine region. This is a throwback to the classic Riesling style that we haven't seen since the 1980s, if not before. It’s highly energetic and wildly aromatic, showcasing lots of refreshing acidity. The Ockfener Bockstein vineyard is one of the true ‘Grand Cru’ sites from Molitor, known for piercing, chiseled and slender wines. Aromatics show green apple, quince and lime zest, that are complimented by a very typical minerality and a touch of sweetness.
