L.N. Mattei Quinquina Bark Blanc

This Corsican aperitif is based on a mistelle from Vermentino and Muscat grapes and was infused with flavours from various plants, fruits and spice. The key infusion components are Quinquina bark and fresh citron fruit. It’s sort of a cross between an Amaro and a Vermouth, perfect for cocktails or sipping on its own with ice.
