Frederic Leprince Saint-Romain

Based in Nantoux, a small village in the Haute Côte de Beaune, Frédéric Leprince vinifies his wines from grapes provided by his winegrowing (farming) friends. Vinification and aging are marked by simplicity, with a view to allowing the terroirs to express themselves as much as possible. This White Burgundy (Chardonnay), from the village of Saint-Romain is an absolute monster. It carries a bold mix of well-integrated oak and buttery creaminess with bright citrus fruit and white flowers. The wine is vinified and aged for 12 months in French Oak. Harmonious and graceful.
