The Freedom Hill Vineyard is located in the Willamette Valley AVA, with the original plantings dating back to 1982. The artwork for this label shows the practice of racking with inert gas, during the barrel aging process. The wine is an absolute beast with a focus on energy, firmness and refinement. But it carries a gracious mix black raspberry, elderberries, blueberries and cherry cola with a hint of sassafras and plum blossoms.
