This sure is a twist on Chardonnay, with no malolactic fermentation leading to the crisp, citrus character of this wine. It’s bottled after aging in both French and American Oak. A fantastic Chardonnay showing lots of poached pear, pineapple and citrus blossom. Like all of Keenan’s wines, it carries all the finesse you would want, avoiding that buttery richness you may be used to from California.
