Joh. Jos. J Prum Wehlener Sonnenuhr Kabinett Riesling

Joh. Jos. Prum is certainly one of Germany's most famous wine producers. The estate is based in the village of Wehlen, on the banks of the Mosel and produces some top-notch Rieslings. The Prum family has been making wine in the Mosel for several hundred years, but Joh. Jos. Prum was founded properly in 1911, by Johann Josef Prum. Today, Manfred Prum has been working with his daughter Katharina since 2003. This Kabinett Riesling is from the famed Wehlender Sonnenuhr Vineyard and has been recognized as one of the greatest vineyards in the world. It’s taut and racy, with an explosion of musky melon, peach, apricot, lime peel, honeycomb and honeysuckle with a hint of petrol and a touch of sweetness on the finish. Drink between: 2026-2039
