Made from 100% Syrah and one of the finest places to let this varietal flourish and develop into its own unique style. Winemaker Stephane Vedeau is a self-confessed lover of Syrah. It carries a gorgeous and racy core, with intense flavours of cured meats, spicy black pepper, redcurrant and lots of youthful black fruit. It also has nice weight with a smooth precision on the finish, showing lots of pop!
