Rioja may be the most famous region in Spain, but Ribera del Douro is no slouch. This Bodegas is the ambitious new project led by the Moro family and one of the top producers within this area. This wine is an elegant and balanced Tempranillo, combining ripe cherry fruit with a touch of the ‘Old School’ in perfect harmony. Leather, black tea spice, vanilla and some toast bring everything all together. It’s intense and honest leading into a fleshy, juicy aftertaste with great balance, body and length.
