Heimann SXRD Cuvee

The Szekszard wine appellation covers the easternmost stretches of the Transdanubian Hills, within Hungary. The Heimanns belonged to the ‘lower street Swabians’ that settled their in the 18th century. They planted vines on the abandoned hillsides and helped built and revitalize this area. This wine is a blend of Kekfrankos, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Portugieser. It’s certainly something different for someone seeking adventure. It conveys notes of succulent fruit and licorice with a mix of fresh herbs and spice.
