Gustave Lorentz 'Evidence' Pinot Blanc

Maison Gustave Lorentz was founded in 1836, in the village of Bergheim, Alsace. It's still run by the same family today, headed by Georges Lorentz (seventh generation of winemakers) since 1993. Pinot Blanc is certainly an easy pick from this fabulous producer. It displays a crisp and creamy mouthfeel of stone fruit and fresh citrus with a pristine minerality.
