Domaine Sebastien Giroux Pouilly-Fuisse

In 2009, Sebastien Giroux took over the reins of his family’s estate. After an initial career in motorsport mechanics, he decided to retrain and return to his roots. His philosophy and ambition are to produce precise and balanced wines from southern Burgundy. Pouilly-Fuisse is a tiny village in the Maconnais subregion of Burgundy, that produces only white wine. Wines from this area are considered the soul of this remote area. This chardonnay carries rich flavours of apple, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, and fresh cut flowers with a good blast of creamy oak and buttered toast.
