New to the store, Blind Enthusiasm from Edmonton, has just bottled and released their 2nd vintage of their delicious cherry beer. To make this treat, they have used hundreds of kilograms of sour cherries grown in the Okanagan Valley, by their friends at Steve and Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The beer is also fermented and barrel-aged for a mix of one to three years, before bottling.
