Flat Rock Cellars is solely owned and operated by its founder – Ed Madronich. Born and raised in the area, the winery is the fulfillment of a dream shared from father to son. This elegant Chardonnay is made in an approachable style that consistently delivers the purity of fruit, which is both barrel-fermented and aged in French oak for an added complexity and richness. The nose is typical chardonnay, with intonations of pear, green apple, grapefruit, fresh butter and sweet almond, all wrapped in delicate woody notes.
