Finca de Ganuza Rioja Reserva

Founded in 1989, at the heart of Rioja, Remirez de Ganuza has become one of Spain’s most modern wineries, known for precision, innovation and age-worthy wines. Working with over 80 hectares of vineyards, across the Sierra Cantabria foothills, the estate is proving they can definitely compete with some of the fame associated with Rioja. This ‘Fincas de Ganuza Reserva’ is a blend of mainly Tempranillo, with the addition of Graciano, Garnacha and a touch of Viura. But rather than estate vineyards, this wine is made from the Ganuza Farms surrounding the area. Drinking beautifully now, this gem showcases a mix of black cherry, elderberry, dark plum and blackberry, with a hint of vanilla, tobacco and herbal spice.
