Eve and Michel Rey run this small domaine in the beautiful village of Vergisson between the Roche de Vergisson and the Roche de Solutré. They do all the work in the cellar and the vineyard themselves, so they know every vine. This chardonnay carries rich flavours of apple, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, and fresh cut flowers with a subtle creamy hint of buttered toast.
