The Etter family is dedicated to precise distillation of eau-de-vie (fruit brandies) from tree fruit and berries, spanning back 4 generations now. The pear is said to originate from Central Asia. Its cultivation would have started in China more than 4000 years, before our era. Today, the most cultivated variety in the world is the William pear, named after the English gardener who made it famous. This eau-de-vie from Etter is fine, juicy and extremely fragrant.
