This classic Amaro is a collaboration between ‘The Piedmont Guy’ and Quaglia (an historic Italian artisanal distillery, since 1890). Made from Cortese grapes grown in Piedmont, this dry take on an Alpine style Amaro, presents notes of citrus fruit, rhubarb, chamomile, rose petal, cardamom and wormwood. Rather than sugar, aloe is used to help balance the flavours. Enjoy it chilled or on the rocks.
