Elio Altare Dolcetto d’Alba

Great density and texture for this perennial every day red superstar. On a day-to-day basis Dolcetto is consumed with everything from light cheeses and antipasto to dishes loaded with richness like risotto and truffles. This wine is particularly plush and soft tannin-ed with a full taste of black cherry, blueberries and black plum with aromas of violets. Very easy to drink!
