Petit Chablis is an appellation that was created in 1944 and the fruit is sourced from the villages surrounding Chablis. The Moreau family has been farming their own vineyards for over a decade, though long sold their fruit off to negociants. When Eleonore took over the vinification in 2016, she insisted on bottling her own wine with rigorous attention to work in the both the vineyards and the cellar. Eleonore has a glorious vision in Chablis, along with her brother Baptiste Et Laurent, focused on producing exceptional wines while remaining an excellent steward of their land. This example offers a mix of classic green apple, citrus fruit, yellow pear and white flowers with a hint of flinty stone.
